186. Online portal

With lonely morning day starts

We are together yet apart.

Interactions petrifies us in actual

We may though be comfortable in virtual.

Kids and adults are locked on screen

Rising from the trance only to scream.

Under the same roof there is no communication

Yet we never fail to complain about alienation.

Seeking solitude in time zone

Loving to hide behind tablets and phones

Managing to send text, pictures and emoticons

Ignoring reality happily we sing in our new tone.

Relationships with ease have gone for a toss

Media and gadgets have become our new boss

Turning us into nincompoop mortals

Using us like commodities on online portals.
