त जन्म कोना लेतौं,

त बहिन के होइतैथ

नै होइतैथ नारि 

त कनियाँ कतयसँ तकितौं 

नै होइतैथ नारि

त बेटी ककरा कहितीयइ

नै होइतैथ नारि

त सृष्टि कि चलैत ?

 जागू,सोचू,विचारू 

सब नर,नारि 

की होमय देबै

अहाँ नारिक अपमान?

 अहि देसक बेटी हम 

नै चुप बैसि कानब 

करब ओकर प्रतिकार 

जे करत हमरा संग अतिचार 

अहि लड़ाई में हम एकसरे ने 

संगे छथि हमर सखी,सखा 

जे करैत छथि

jae nai k sakai aich narik  samman?

kiyak bharos kariyae okra par

 ja nai bha sakal manukhk santan?

 Nai hoitait nari

ta janm kona laitau,

nai hotait nari

ta bahin k hoitait,

nai hoitait nari
ta kaniya kata sa taiktau,
nai hoitait nari
ta beti kakra kahitiyae,
nai hoitait nari
ta shristi ki chailtait?

 Jagu,sochu, vicharu,

Sab nar ,nari
ki hua debai
ahan narik apman??
aai deshak beti hum
nai chup bais kanab,
karab okar pratikar
jae kartait humra sang atichar.
aai larai mae hum asgar nai
sang chait humar sakhi ,sakha
jae karai chaith
narik aadar sammaan.

बंद खिड़की पर इंतज़ार उनका
खुली खिड़की तो मस्ती उनकी

क्या रिश्ता है उनका मुझसे
क्यों खिलती  है कलीयाँ  उनके आने पर

क्यों वीरान होता है शहर  उनके जाने से
क्यों बाट जोहती है जिंदगी  रोज़ नये सिरे से

कोई तो बता दे मेरा यह हाल क्यों है
कोई तो समझा दे आखिर राज़ क्या है?

Searches for light,

Locked emotions

Gives it a fight.

 Braving odds

Reality strikes,

Brazed facts

Teases it wild.

 Volatile storms

Rages within,

Threatening to pour

From the searching eyes.

Twitching lips

Curl up in pain,

Hiding behind

A plastic smile.

Secrets sealed

Walks life,

Burying  desires

For none to find.

When will You rise?

What keeps You bedded?

Re-instilling my faith in human race,
Created by God with all his grace.

If not for them Situation could be grave.
They are unsung  heroes,

Hands of God
Present in them
Keeps me indebted .
Incessant tears roll down in gratitude.
Humanity needs more people
With such attitude.

Samaritans May your race multiply.
May we all rise like You,
When  Situation calls,
Devotedly helping
One who needs us at all.

Runs parallel to each other.
Time being the master dictates pace,
Settling the parameters of life.

We who plan forget,
Our lives are mapped out for us.
We may not be mute witness,
To each event

Life learns to accept.

O Hope ! Why did you rise in me?
Why did I long to be in your arms?

Like a rudderless ship I sail,
I have to cross many oceans;
Tides rising within
Drown me,
Yet I know, I will ride

Defying Hopelessness,
I Promise myself.......
No more will such mistakes be made
No more will I cry out in pain.
Though My heart is crushed,
Almost lifeless
Yet I will survive,
And survive well.

हसीन वक्त का लिये रोशनी दिल में
अंधेरी रातों में हम उजाला ढूंढ लाते हैं

कानो में गुंजती है दिलकश आवाज उनकी
मुग्ध हो उनमें हम सर्वस्व लूटाते हैं

दुर वो कोशो  क्यों ना हो हमसे
दिल के बहुत करीब उन्हें सदा पाते हैं

जब बहती है मदमस्त पवन
हम उससे लिपट खुश हो जाते हैं

दुनियाँ कहती है अगर प्यार इसको
तो हम भी प्रेम रस  में नहाते  हैं।
