Life and Time
Runs parallel to each other.
Time being the master dictates pace,
Settling the parameters of life.
Life compiles,
Making the best of what there is.
We who plan forget,
Our lives are mapped out for us.
We may not be mute witness,
To each event
Yet at times events of life
Are beyond our control.
Time alone knows,
Life learns to accept.

69.I believe in Thee

O Hope ! Why did you rise in me?
Why did I long to be in your arms?
Look at me now....
Like a rudderless ship I sail,
I have to cross many oceans;
Tides rising within
Drown me,
Yet I know, I will ride
And cross all meadows,
Defeating challenges.
Defying Hopelessness,
I Promise myself.......
No more will such mistakes be made
No more will I cry out in pain.
Though My heart is crushed,
Almost lifeless
Yet I will survive,
And survive well.
Hope You cannot
Have the last laugh.
For I believe in Thee
And He will surely guide.

68. कुछ नहीं बदला है हम में या तुम में

बीतता है हर पल तुझको ढूढने में

भीड़ में हो हम या हो अकेले में

सर्द हो जाती है आहें तेरे इंतजार में

वक़्त गुजरता है दिल को तन्हा छोड़ सीने में
लब्ज़ तेरे जगाते है आज भी आवारगी मुझ में

सांसे गिनती हूँ प्यार लिये तेरा अपने दिल में

जानती हूँ कुछ नहीं बदला है हम में या तुम में

पर सब कुछ बदल दिया है जिम्मेदारियों ने हम में ।

With Spring in their footstep
Lovers alight life's lane,
Forgetting the Autumn
Caused by distance insane.

Fire in their heart
Leaps like Summer heat,
Reflecting in eyes
Flushing on cheeks.

Entwined in thoughts
Oblivious to the world
Love stands tall
Challenging destiny..

No Winter has the strength
To freeze their feelings.
Warm in  love
They brave the Chill.

बिन आखरे सबटा बजैत प्रकृति

पात में रूप सजौने प्रकृति
फूलक सुगंधसँ गम्कैत प्रकृति

सूर्य आर चान सन चमकैत प्रकृति
कल-कल बहैत झरना सन चहकैत  प्रकृति

रास करैत चिरै चुनमुनीक संग अछि प्रकृति
प्रेमीक प्रेम में निःशब्द आंखि लड़बैत प्रकृति

बिन कहने सबटा कहैत प्रकृति
आखरक कहाँ भेल मोहताज  प्रकृति

65.हसीन वक्त का लिये रोशनी दिल में........

हसीन वक्त का लिये रोशनी दिल में
अंधेरी रातों में हम उजाला ढूंढ लाते हैं

कानो में गुंजती है दिलकश आवाज उनकी
मुग्ध हो उनमें हम सर्वस्व लूटाते हैं

दुर वो कोशो  क्यों ना हो हमसे
दिल के बहुत करीब उन्हें सदा पाते हैं

जब बहती है मदमस्त पवन
हम उससे लिपट खुश हो जाते हैं

दुनियाँ कहती है अगर प्यार इसको
तो हम भी प्रेम रस  में नहाते  हैं।
