247.How crass are the demands off this world

Paraded for approval
To check her colour and looks
They dressed her as beautifully as the could.
She didn't realize that day
The depth of their act
For she wasn't even a teen.

She didn't know
The ways of the world and its beatings.
Today she is aware
Society judges a girl by her looks
Failing to see her as a human
With emotions and desires
No less than any other.

While the man judges himself
With the wads of note in his pocket .
He may not be a debonair prince charming
Yet he desires for a beautiful doll
To display the gains of his wealth and power.
O Lord! How crass are the demands off this world.
