Understanding,
Ah! Why art thou difficult to pursue?
Is it your game?
To make us lame!
Unabashed,
You trample our lives
Making us lose sleep
As we weep
Seeking penance,
Questioning
What went wrong?
Unashamed,
You stand and watch,
As devastated life crumbles
Feeling forlorn
And crushed.
O! Understanding
Why do you sue ?
When Thou must show courtesy
Don't you realize
Mortals sizzles
Only on thy mercy.
