99.Appeal

Higher education is losing its appeal
Quick money gives youth a good feel.
Lost are the days when education was for knowledge
Today money keeps each student on edge.

Windfall gain pulls the youth brigade
Making them forget, knowledge will never fade.
Misguided youngsters are  lured by glitters
Pearls of wisdom are caste away in a jitter.

Knowledge has been laundered with
Happiness can be purchased is their myth.
Money appears to set life’s pace
Like horses with blinds they run life’s race.

Scores of post lie vacant today
With higher education losing its appeal.
Proper guidance will ignite their mind
Paying rich dividends all their life.
