Ah! What a day it will be
When humans will beat the summer heat
And stop perspiring profusely
By reversing their timetable
From Dusk to Dawn.
Work and leisure
Will of course remain
The working hours
Will however interchange
From Dawn to Dusk.
Chirp of birds will signal sleep
Star lit night will make us glee
Dazzling moonbeam will show us way
As we rise to start our day
From Dusk to Dawn.
With gleaming eyes and faces bright
Children will turn up in schools
To Study in the hours cool
And play games with delight
From Dusk to Dawn.
Demand for AC and coolers will dwindle slightly
Cooking will once again be a pleasure
Swimming in moonlit pools will be heavenly
In work we will find leisure
From Dusk to Dawn.
Seeing the humans snore
Wild cats,reptiles zebras and boars
May venture out of the jungles in scores
To check our development daily
From Dawn to Dusk.
So, relax and enjoy the view
If you happen to see
Friends from the wild
Walking fearlessly in your garden and streets
From Dusk to Dawn.
Ah! Indeed it will be a historic day
When amendments will be made
In the regulation of A.M, P.M
With the rise in global warming
From Dawn to Dusk.
